Event Overview: This unique digital excursion, presented by an Aboriginal narrator, will take students on a journey of discovery around the area now known as Bennelong Point. Students will learn of the daily life of the clans that inhabited Sydney Cove, including the fishing rites and the oyster beds, and the connection between the Gadigal people and the land of Tyebowgule. They will also hear of the changes that came with the arrival of Governor Phillip, the struggles of the early settlers, and the fascinating story of the man called Bennelong.
